Release of Late Bird Tickets Postponed until 27 March

The release of further tickets for our upcoming event will be postponed until March 27th. The reason for this delay is that the tickets sold out much faster than expected, and we reached the venue's maximum capacity sooner than anticipated.

We have started distributing tickets to sponsors. Tickets will also be distributed to speakers, financial aid recipients, PyLadies, and volunteers by that same date.

We are not able to make an accurate count before March 27th.

We have some important news regarding our upcoming event. We regret to inform you that there will be a delay in the release of further tickets, which will now be available from March 27th. The reason for this delay is that the tickets sold out much faster than expected, and we reached the venue's maximum capacity sooner than anticipated.

We understand that this may cause some inconvenience and disappointment, but we want to assure you that this decision was not made lightly. We want to ensure that everything runs smoothly without any issues and avoid any potential problems that could arise from miscalculations.

To ensure that everything runs smoothly, we have already started distributing tickets to the sponsors. Sponsors are also eligible to purchase additional tickets at a discounted rate. However, we will not have an accurate estimate of the total number of attendees until March 24th.

We also plan to distribute tickets to the speakers, financial aid recipients, PyLadies, and volunteers by the same date. We understand that each speaker is allocated one free ticket, and we will offer additional tickets for purchase to accommodate any additional speakers.
